This new, optional curriculum level will feature intermediate spins, transitions, floorwork, and tricks that don't require an inversion. This level is for any student who has become very familiar with the Beginner curriculum, who is ready to move on and learn progressive skills but is still working toward a consistent basic inversion. Basic Inversion will be a skill that you continue to condition for and work on in this class, but it will not be the main focus. We will even look at ways to transition to upside down positions without inverting from the floor. Even students who might be comfortable with inversions but prefer a broader focus beyond just inverted skills will love this level. Prerequisite: Students should have completed at least one round of Beginner and be confident in all Beginner spins and upright moves such as sits and climbing. Please note: Completion of this level will not teach you the pre-requisite skills to move on to Advanced Pole, but it will prepare you to move through Intermediate with more confidence.
