This all-levels class alternates weekly between Twerk and Belly Dance, blending booty pops, shimmies, isolations, and confidence-building movement in a fun, supportive environment. We’ll focus on foundations and technique before building them into choreography, helping you feel stronger, more coordinated, and more connected to your body. No experience necessary! just good vibes and an open mind. Modifications will be provided for all levels. Whether you’re here to learn, sweat, express yourself, or simply have fun, this class is for you.
