All movements are based on proper placement and alignment. We believe that having a solid base, and the knowledge of how to properly place the body is the foundation for creating strong, injury free dancers. Using patterns and progressive movements to not only strengthen the body and build muscle memory, but to also challenge musicality and the way we interpret music as dancers. Join us for a positively charged atmosphere in the studio, where all students can learn to the best of their own ability and accomplish their own tiny victories every time they come to class!
