Get ready for a full body workout utilizing elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates. This class can help increase flexibility, cultivate muscle strength and improve posture.  Barre is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all skill sets.  

Special Instructions

Please wear grippy socks for class.  Don't have grippy socks?  No problem!  We sell them in the studio.  We also suggest bringing a sweat towel!
