Hi, I’m Callie! I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and competed my 200hr YTT with Pleasure Point Yoga. For me, yoga is all about supporting a healthy, balanced lifestyle—it helps me stay grounded, strong, and connected, both on and off the mat. It’s also been an incredible complement to my passions like dancing and backpacking.As a dancer, I’ve taken many classes with the amazing instructors at Palomar Ballroom and have had the joy of performing multiple times over the years. My favorite styles of dance are Salsa, Bachata, and Waltz—I love how each one brings out different aspects of movement, rhythm, and connection.In my classes, I aim to create a space where students can tune into their bodies, move with intention, and feel empowered in their practice. Whether you're a dancer, or simply someone looking to move and feel good, I'm excited to share this journey with you.
