The Drop is an open level class with rotating Impulse staff and styles on Friday evenings 6:40PM-7:40PM at the main Impulse studio. It’s a playful and experimental class that changes every few weeks and keeps you on your toes. It’s designed to feature styles and themes you don’t usually experience in your other Impulse classes, and every class is a feel-good ride regardless of whether you were present the previous week. The Drop is flexible. Members and non-members alike can book the class online for $15/Drop. Members can use The Drop as a free make up. You can even add it to your monthly membership so you have special access to every Drop. Enrollment Disclaimer: This creative class is based on rotating instructor availability and may be canceled some weeks. The styles taught each week will vary. When the Studio Cancels Class: The usual Impulse make up policy applies to all enrolled members who book this class. For people who book using a drop-in pass, canceled class will result in a credit towards a future Drop class of their choosing. When You Can't Make it: For Impulse members enrolled in The Drop on a monthly basis, the usual 1 hour early cancellation policy applies to The Drop, which means if you can't make it, use the WellnessLiving Achieve app to cancel your class session at least 1 hour before class start time in order to receive a make up class credit on your member account. Drop classes canceled less than 1 hour in advance will not receive a make up credit. For those who booked using a drop-in pass, canceled Drop classes that are made at least 1 hour ahead of class start time will result in a Drop class credit that can be used to book a future Drop class. Drop classes canceled less than 1 hour in advance will not receive a future class credit. All drop-in passes purchased in 2026 expire December 19th, 2026, and will not roll over to the new year.
