Yoga for a Dancer’s Body is a one-of-a-kind 60-minute yoga experience designed to help you move with the posture, balance, and elegance of a dancer — whether you’re an experienced performer, just starting dance lessons, or simply want to feel more confident and fluid in your body. Led by Anna Smith, a certified yoga therapist and movement specialist trained in India, this class blends conscious movement, breathwork, and sound healing to help you: Improve posture and poise Build functional strength (especially in the core, ankles, and feet) Increase flexibility and joint mobility Relieve tension and stress Cultivate grace and confidence — on and off the dance floor Each class includes intention-setting with mantras, flow-based movement tailored to a dancer’s body, and a calming closing with guided relaxation and sound healing. No dance experience is required — only a desire to move beautifully, feel aligned, and glow from the inside out.
