Friday morning intro/beginner to pole dance focuses on introducing fundamental pole techniques in an encouraging and fun environment. Take some self-care time while learning pole exercises to build strength, flexibility and core stability that's crucial for pole dancing and wrangling kiddos! This class is designed to help you enjoy working out, feel empowered, and perhaps discover a new hobby that builds strength and confidence! Bare feet welcome!
Reservations are required via website/app prior to class start time. Walk Ins will also be required to book through our app or website to sign our waiver and pay. All classes must be scheduled online and cancelled 8 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to cancel in the allotted time will result in the loss of your class. No refunds.
