This class is not a “pole dancing” but a strength and flex class that will concentrate on front and middle splits, along with enhancing back and shoudler flexibility and improve techniques on and off the pole. Let's get serious about your invert, shoulder mount, leg hang, ayesha, brass monkey, bird of paradise, jade split, and more. Sharing of poles is expected during pole all pole classes. **2 people maximum per pole is expected for classes**
