About the Class

This class is focused entirely flexibility/stretch, intermediate pole moves and tricks. You will learn core strengthening and flexibility techniques to help build a tighten your core and make you more limber, which in-turn helps with pole moves/tricks.   Sharing of poles is expected during pole all pole classes. **2 person maximum per pole is expected for classes**
