This full-body conditioning class will focus on building muscle tone in the arms, legs, glutes, and abs while having students rotate stations around the room, switching exercises to fatigue the different muscle groups. All fitness levels are welcome, there will be opportunity for personal attention from the instructor and modifications/challenges will be offered throughout class. This is a low-impact class.
