Whether you're home during the day or working a later shift, this daytime class offers the perfect opportunity to energize your day, build strength and balance, and enjoy a little boogie while you're at it. No experience needed, just a willingness to have fun! Please bring or wear clean, good supportive athletic shoes, leggings or long shorts and shirts that cover your torso. Bungee weight limit is 80-300 lbs. This is a strict limit based on what the equipment can handle. No exceptions.
