

Bungee fitness is a dynamic and exhilarating workout that combines elements of aerobics, dance, and aerial acrobatics using specially designed bungee cords. In this class, you will be harnessed into bungee cords that are attached to the ceiling, and experiencing the unique blend of resistance and support while you jump, swing, and move through various exercises. The Bungee Fitness Class is the first class everyone must take to get fitted for your harness, safely learn basic moves and become proficient with the essential moves to advance to our other Bungee classes (which are still to come). Please note that Bungee Fitness has weight restrictions of 80-300lbs. You will need to be weighed (in private) before class to determine which harness is appropriate.
Important notes: Please come 10 minutes early to get weighed and in harnesses. Weight limits: 80-300lbs Long shorts or leggings are recommended along with a shirt that covers your torso. The clothing recommendations are due to where the harness is on your body and how it will rub without clothing. Good, supportive running/tennis shoes are essential. Please make sure these are clean. This is not only to help us with keeping our studio clean, but for the safety of all of our patrons. We recommend you bring a water bottle. If you forget, there is water available to purchase onsight. Class size is very limited. You must register at least 3 hours before class begins. Likewise, if you need to cancel, you must cancel at least 3 hours prior the class start time, or your session pass will be forfeited.
14 and up
