This class is designed to build strength and control needed to improve your pole skills. Each class will begin with a warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of conditioning that can be adapted to all levels, allowing you to work at your own pace. We’ll strengthen the key muscles needed for climbs, inverts, and other pole moves. The class wraps up with a short cool down. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your technique, Pole Conditioning will help you build strength.
