demo class! This class is inteded to be a sample class for those
interested in joining our new Hip Hop Fundamentals Performance
series! It's all about the basics and getting comfortable moving
and grooving. This class is aimed towards complete beginners who
may be interested in joining out 6-week series following, or who
might just be interested in trying out the class!

We are a
dance fitness studio located in Asheville that offers a variety of
drop-in dance and group fitness classes taught by awesome
instructors. Get a fun, sweaty workout while dancing your heart out
to the latest beats.

- EX stands for classes typically led by guest instructors that are EXCLUDED from the standard memberships and class packs
