About the Appointment

Studio rental for private dance lessons or rehearsals only. This is not a general-purpose space rental. Dance use only (no parties, events, or non-dance activities) Permitted: private lessons, coaching, and rehearsals (including ballet) Recurring ballet classes or programs are not permitted Dance shoes only – no street shoes, no bare feet, no metal (taps, heels, etc.) Floor is a sprung subfloor with marley surface – must be treated accordingly Renter is responsible for all participants and any damage to the space All participants must have a valid account and signed waiver Headcount includes all individuals present (instructors, students, assistants, etc.); no observers permitted
