About the Class

Welcome to our Low Flow Style for Advanced Beginners! This class is designed specifically for those who have the fundamental poses on aerial hoop! This class is perfect for those who taken at least 12 intro classes with us and ready to move on.  Pre-requisites include craddle, moon, marathon finisher, front amazon, back hip balance, fly away splits, bird, mermaid, coffin, and gazelle. Students must be able to perform these positions without assistance. Throughout the evergreen cycle of this low flow class, you will build upon the fundamental sitting positions, knee grips, sit ups, hand grips, and smooth beautiful transitions. These advanced beginner skills will be taught in a safe and supportive environment, with an emphasis on proper alignment, technique, and injury prevention. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step of the way, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident as you explore this exciting new world of aerial art. Whether you are looking for a fun and challenging workout, or simply want to explore your creativity in a new and exciting way, this class is the perfect place to start. Special Instructions

Please wear or bring leggings to protect the back of your skin on your legs. Bring a water for yourself. Please don't bring or wear jewelry especially necklaces and rings, we don't allow students to wear it because it will damage your jewelry and don't want you to lose it inside the facility.
