@nick_tbd_avilaNick Avila started dancing salsa at David Melendez’s Starlite Dance Studio of the Bronx at the age of 10.  He soon became a member of their premiere group, the Heartbreak boyz, where he first gained experience traveling and performing in the world of Latin dance.After college, he spent a year with Gifted Souls NYC, an affiliate of the Chicago team led by Rocky Quinones and soon after was recruited by Fausto Felix into La Fuerza.Around 7 years later with multiple championships, various live concert performances, and helping to form the world renown team LF Kingsmen, Nick remains one of La Fuerza’s original core members and one of New York’s best bachata instructors.
