Welcome to Beginner Pole! This class is perfect for those new to pole dancing or those looking to build a solid foundation in pole techniques. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR CERTAIN STRENGTH OR FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED! You wouldn't say you're too weak to go to the gym would you?? You are coming here to build strength; just bring your energy, a positive attitude, and a readiness to learn something new! We begin with the basics—learning how to properly grip the pole, mount, and dismount safely. As you build strength and confidence, we’ll introduce you to simple spins, basic floor work, and foundational poses that will help you connect with your body and begin to flow on the pole. This is for Abstract's Pole Level 1 & 2 students. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control, with plenty of time for practice and individual attention.
