About the Class

Come stretch with me! We will be working on a variety of different stretching techniques such as passive stretching, active flexibility, dynamic stretching, and more. We will work on all different area of the body i.e. shoulders, splits, back, hips, etc. *All levels welcome* This class is 45 minutes

Special Instructions

Wear workout type clothing only; no jeans, buttons, or zippers. Shoes and socks will be removed upon entry. Yoga mats and blocks are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
