Beginner Heels is designed for individuals with little to no experience in heel dancing. This class focuses on sexy movements performed in heeled shoes and can feature powerful, sharp poses or slow, sensual, fierce movements, depending on the instructor's choreography. Participants will also work on their flexibility during dance sessions. The class provides an excellent cardio workout while serving as a boost to confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, this class emphasizes floor work, body awareness, pointed toes, long lines, and walking comfortably in heeled shoes. This class pairs well with any of the pole classes. What you learn in heels classes can easily improve your pole dancing as you become more fluid in your movements.
