Course Overview: The Pre-L2 Acrobatic course is designed for children aged 7-8 who have a basic foundation in acrobatics, with 1-2 years of experience. Skills Covered: Front Bridges: Developing the ability to perform front bridges, focusing on flexibility and strength. Back Bridges: Learning and refining the back bridge technique to improve body control and stability. Elbow Stands: Practicing elbow stands to enhance core strength and balance. Chest Stands: Mastering chest stands to improve control and precision. Candle Stands: Achieving proficiency in candle stands to enhance overall body coordination and strength.
