

This class is designed for students who already have basic hoop experience and are ready to continue building strength, technique, control, and confidence in the air. Students will work on Level 2+ hoop skills, transitions, conditioning, clean body lines, and sequencing appropriate to their current level. This is a mixed-age class for kids and adults ages 7+, so students should be comfortable following instructions, sharing apparatus, and working in a focused group environment. Skills may be modified based on age, strength, experience, and safety readiness.
