In Beginner Class we begin working on: - Spins - Pole Sit Poses - Climbs - Tucks - Walks, Pirouettes, Dips, and more No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. Once you feel comfortable with climbs, pole sits, and jasmine, you are probably ready for Intermediate 1 Class. You are welcome to take Beginner and Intermediate classes at the same time.
