In Exotic Fundamentals we begin working on: - Body Waves, Figure-8’s, Hip Circles - Pirouettes, Walks, Dips - Transitions from Standing to the Floor - Transitions from the Floor to Standing - Sexy push-ups, crawls, floor fan kicks, hip bridges, legwork, and more No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. You are welcome to take Exotic Fundamentals and Exotic Pole classes at the same time. Kneepads are highly recommended – we usually have extra you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you can glide along the floor; however, the class can be taken barefoot. You are also welcome to bring heels or boots if you would like practice with shoes.
