In Floorwork Class we begin working on: - Backward Shoulder Roll - Forward Shoulder Roll - Shoulder Stands - Sexy push-ups, crawls, floor fan kicks, hip bridges, legwork, and more No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. Kneepads are highly recommended – the studio usually has some you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you may glide along the floor, however the class can be taken barefoot. You are also welcome to bring heels or boots if you would like practice with shoes.
