In Intermediate 1 Class we begin working on: - More challenging Spins, Pole Sits, and Climbs - Tucks to Chopper (Floor Inversion, Floor Shoulder Mount) - Progressions from Jasmine and Genie - Layback Intermediate 1 includes mostly up-right shapes (except layback). Intermediate 2 introduces upside-down shapes and more challenging up-right shapes. We recommend Beginner Class before Intermediate 1.
