About the Class

In this class we will focus on & break down different Intermediate moves as well as break down other aspects of pole each month on a friday! There will be no choreography. Focus moves will be posted on our social media calendar every month! We will work on getting or perfecting upper level moves & attempting our crunchy side too with guidance & spotting available as needed! EX. Butterflys, Ayeshas, Iguannas, Brass Monkey Jade Split, spin & more!

Special Instructions

For all classes please be on time! The doors will be locked during class for everyone's safety. There is a strict 5 min grace period. Please refrain from entering the studio more than 10 min before class start time, as the doors will be locked in-between classes for studio cleanup/sanitization Bring knee pads bring water
