STUDENTS MUST BRING YOGA MAT TO CLASS. In this class you will participate in many different full body floor & pole exercises. This class will help you gain the strength, stamina & endurance you need to reach all your pole goals! There will be no pole dancing in this class, BUT we may use some pole moves to condition with. Class notes: NO HEELS, you will sweat so bring a small sweat rag, some exercises will be on the ground. BRING WATER
