Take time to care for your body with Deep Stretch, a class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore mobility. Perfect for dancers, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a mindful movement practice, this class combines gentle Pilates-based warm-ups with dynamic mobility exercises and static stretching, giving you a full-body reset. Designed for all flexibility levels, Deep Stretch emphasizes accessibility, safe alignment, and gradual progression. Modifications are offered throughout, ensuring that each participant can benefit fully without strain or risk of injury. No dance experience is required; this class is for anyone ready to improve their range of motion, reduce stiffness, and reconnect with their body. Our class registration system requires a credit or debit card to sign up. If this creates a hardship, please email info@hburgdancecoop.org to discuss the specifics of your situation. Special Instructions

Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Other props, such as yoga blocks and cusions, are also encouraged!  Wear clothes you feel comfortable and confident moving in! This is a pay-what-you-can class offering and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Use the following codes to pay-what-you-can when registering.
