The KDFit playlist is intentional to safely and gradually increase the core body temperature, reach the peak fat burning zone (aka KDFit ZONE) and then reduce the workout intensity close to the resting heart rate. In this class, we will end with a floor workout (with a mat) and end with some deep movement stretches. ***KDFit is a dance cardio combo class with low to high impact movements, mixed with musicality- Where Style Meets Fit. The steps are repetitive with low eight to high eight count sequences. We encourage modifications, progression and regression. (All steps are created by a set team)
