My name is Julia, and I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I’m AFAA certified and specialize in strength training, weight loss, sports-specific training, and endurance training. I also have additional certifications in pre and postpartum fitness, group training, and pilates. I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals at every stage of life. When I’m not working with clients, I’m an avid adventurer who enjoys exploring new places and spending quality time with my husband and our three amazing kids.
