EquiMind: Horse-Guided Mindfulness Experiences Pause. Reflect. Reconnect. EquiMind workshops offer one-of-a-kind, horse-guided mindfulness experiences designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect—both inwardly and outwardly. These small group sessions create a safe, supportive space for personal insight, stress relief, and meaningful connection. Each 60-minute workshop includes equine-guided activities, mindfulness-based practices, group discussion, and time with the horses at liberty. Whether you join us for one or attend multiple, each session is thoughtfully designed to stand alone and meet you where you are—no horse experience required. Themes may include: Letting go and starting fresh Grounding in the present moment Connecting with self, others, and nature Embracing change and transition Finding stillness and setting intentions These workshops are ideal for anyone looking to explore personal growth, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a mindful experience in the presence of horses. Open to adults and teens 16 and older. Come as you are. Leave with a little more clarity, peace, and connection. Special Instructions for Withers and Wellness Participants Welcome to Withers and Wellness! Please review the following important information to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at the farm: Please note that working with horses (prey animals), while deeply rewarding, is inherently dangerous. Horses are large, powerful animals with their own instincts and behaviors. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, including the use of trained horses and professional guidance, participation is at your own risk. We encourage mindfulness, respect for the horses, and adherence to all safety instructions provided during the workshop. Release of Liability: All participants visiting the farm for the first time are required to sign an Release of Liability Agreement before participating in any Withers and Wellness sessions. Farm Environment: Please note, this is a working farm. The terrain may be uneven and the grounds can be wet, muddy, or rocky at times. Being Outdoors: Activities will be outdoors or indoors depending on weather, please dress appropriately for the weather and environment. Layers are recommended in cooler months, and sunscreen, bug spray and/or hats are suggested in warmer weather. Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED for your safety and comfort. Boots or sturdy footwear are ideal to navigate the varied terrain. Facilities: Bathroom facilities are limited to a clean port-o-potty. Handwashing options include cold water from a hose and hand sanitizer, as there are no indoor handwashing facilities.
