Recreational Karate (Striped Belts)

About the Class

Recreational (Striped Belt) Program For athletes starting between the ages of 3.5 and 7 years old that are new to the sport. NOX Dojo is well known for its innovative children’s program. Accepting ages as young as 3 and half years old, NOX makes balances fun and discipline in karate. Those with experience and coloured belts participate in our traditional (Kodomo) karate program. Prerequisites: Must be toilet trained and can focus for more than 5 minutes.
