With strength its easy and natural to be kind, and I respect this aspect of our community and members absolutely. when people have something to work for, something to believe in, they find their power as a matter of course. Quitting smoking, weight loss, real confidence, a better life, I see all these things happen time and again. I came out of MMA to focus on Muay Thai. I love the purity of the sport, the gladiator challenge and life style. When I see a student transition from not knowing a technique demonstrating it in front of the class, what can you say it s a rush! Passion is energy, learn to trust your smile.
