About the Class

Welcome to Ninja Stars at the American Jiu Jitsu Academy! Designed specifically for children ages 3-5, this engaging class introduces our youngest students to the exciting world of group activities. Our main focus is on cultivating respect, self-control, and strong bodies while instilling a basic understanding of self-defense. Through fun and age-appropriate drills, our little ninjas will develop coordination, listen to instructions, and learn to interact positively with peers.
