Martial Arts School

Our MMA Minis program is a fun and engaging class for students
ages 3-5 years old. The focus of this MMA style program is to
emphasize development of focus, discipline and respect all while
they learn the building blocks to punches, kicks, blocks and
wrestling. Our goal with this program is to not only better prepare
young students as they move into our other Kids programs, but to
help them develop skills that better prepare them for school and
life in general.
 
NOTE: To attend these classes, student must be potty
trained.

FACTION Combatives & Combat Sports is a training
facility that brings you the best of both self-defense and fighting
sports. At this Combat Gym you can prepare yourself for real world
conflicts, Combat Sport competitions, or simply to get in amazing
shape. The choice is yours and our instructors are here to guide
you on the way to your goals!
