

Taekwondo Wellness all-ages classes for kids, teens & adults of all ages. The focus on fun and teaching the art of Taekwondo to instill a love for martial arts and promote mental skills continuously to help youth at home, school, and in sport by adopting a growth mindset that cultivates perseverance and resiliency by: boosting self-esteem; teaching coping, mental and social skills; reducing stress, anxiety, anger and depression; and, improving physical fitness.
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear loose, comfortable clothing to move freely. Lastly, please arrive a few minutes early to get ready and check in or use the achieve mobile app to check in from home prior to class.
