About the Class

Tournament Focus Jiujitsu class reviews advanced techniques and strategies for your next tournament.  Drilling, Situational training, live rolling will all be apart of Tournament Focus.  This is an Adults only class with requirements for students to have done a tournament previously, plan on doing a future one or be a blue belt or higher rank.
