Our adult students range in age from early 20s up to early 60s as even older students can benefit greatly from the exercise and self-mastery that Brazilian Jiu jitsu has to offer. What’s more, students of all ages have won medals in their respective divisions.. Jiu Jitsu places an emphasis on grappling and tackling. You will start by learning the mechanics of balance and weight control so you can use your physique to tackle opponents of all shapes and sizes. Typical moves you can expect to learn and perfect in our classes include the arm bar, kimura, leg lock and different types of chokes. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs and experience level of our students. Our trainers will help you improve your skill no matter how much or how little Jiu jitsu you have learned. There is more than one trainer per class to ensure that you receive the personalized attention you need to improve your skills, learn new moves and meet your fitness goals.
