About the Class

Muay Thai All-Levels Class Description: The Muay Thai All-Levels class will include Muay Thai students of all experience levels (Yellow Shirt and above). This class will generally include a combination of pad work, partner drills, and conditioning. The concepts in this class will vary depending on the demographic of the specific class: more fundamental if more beginners are present, and more advanced if more experienced students are present. This is a fun class and a great chance to work with Muay Thai students of all experience levels!    Required Equipment: hand wraps, boxing gloves, mouthpiece, leather shinguards (not cloth), ranked shirt, Muay Thai shorts    Minimum Rank Required: Yellow shirt and above
