In this Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, kids 7-13 years old with a Grey/Black belt learn discipline, goal setting, respect, and the best self-defense techniques available. Our staff of supportive, energetic instructors will help your children develop valuable life skills and overall fitness. See for yourself. These are our future champions! Belt Requirment: Grey/Black belt Uniform requirement is a Jiu Jitsu gi, belt, and mouth guard.
