Pound 4 Pound Muay Thai is the most comprehensive
striking gym in Colorado, featuring programs in all major aspects
of stand-up combat. In addition to our stand up martial arts
program, we have a full strength and conditioning facility, making
us a well-rounded and highly-suited gym.
Pound 4 Pound was established in 2008 in Lansing,
Michigan, and moved locations to Colorado in 2014. 
All of our coaches actively compete at the high level
of the sport and are highly qualified. There is no other striking
gym in Colorado with the same coaching experience and instruction
that we offer.
