Our youngest students attend two high-energy classes a week. We focus on creating a safe and fun environment for 4-6 year olds who are starting to become more independent, ready to interact with their peers, and learning appropriate behaviors in a structured class. The physicals we prioritize are: coordination, balance, and awareness of how their bodies move in space. The life skills we prioritize are: paying attetion, follwoing directions, and beginning to learn self control. Within clear structures, we use play and a variety of highly active activities to engage these young students. We use mimcry and offer lots of imaginative and unexpected ways to teach the basic movements.
