A basic introductory karate lesson usually lasts about 15 minutes and focuses on fundamentals. Please wear clothes that give you freedom of movement. You will be required to remove your shoes for the lesson. It typically includes: Warm-Up: Light cardio, stretching, and joint mobility exercises to prevent injury. Etiquette & Basics: Bowing in, learning dojo rules, and proper stances and posture. Fundamental Techniques: Simple punches, blocks, and kicks, practiced slowly for form, then with light repetition. The focus is on respect, self-control, and learning core skills in a safe, encouraging environment. After the lesson we will go over schedules, costs and available discounts to determine what program would be your best fit.
