Try out a class to see what the buzz is all about. Book your class and plan on arriving about 15 minutes early to learn the techniques with one of our trainers one on one. Beginners are welcome! Do not think you need any previous skill to do these workouts. We pride ourselves on teaching you the proper form and getting you to your goals.
