I needed another way to compete after playing college football and ended up training in MMA for several years before I fell in love with kickboxing and Muay Thai. I had the opportunity to train at Glory K1 kickboxing and Bang Muay Thai where I gained a deep respect for high level striking. I can say with experience after managing and training at a few kickboxing / cardio gyms that MA Fitness is the whole package. MA Fitness provides not only kickboxing conditioning/ Muay Thai / BJJ but also strength classes to help build power and endurance to take your abilities to the next level. In addition to my love for training, I'm a dog lover and live to be outdoors to hunt, hike, fish and enjoy water sports. I have a German shepherd named Achilles and an Aussie doodle named Piper.
