Kids Aikido in North Port (ages 7-12+)
About the Class
We've partnered with the City of North Port to offer classes at the George Mullen Activity Center! 1602 Kramer Way, North Port, FL, 34286 (room C-D.) Aikido basics to intermediate skills and movement principles are combined with games and exercises that develop body awareness and self control. This class is open to kids of all levels, ages 7 and up. Parents are welcome to train with their children. Aikido is for everyone! Lets spread the word and grow our Aikido community!
Special Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: This class does not meet at our regular dojo location in Sarasota. We meet at a satellite location in North Port, inside George Mullen Activity Center, 1602 Kramer Way, North Port, FL, 34286. THIS CLASS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH THE CITY OF NORTH PORT Students who attend classes in North Port only should register and pay at the Mullen Center ($15 per class or 8 classes for $85.) Registration will activate a “free” class card with Traditional Aikido of Sarasota, to allow students access to our dojo's student resources. Students with active dojo memberships do not need to pay additional fees to attend North Port classes. However, the City of North Port requires each student to register and sign in through their system. We have arranged for gift cards to apply to the class fees of dojo members.
