FLO Fitness & Martial Arts is a health and fitness club with
over 16,000 square feet of training space
providing the resources for Adults, Youth, competitive athletes and
local teams. 
With retired, professional, undeafeated boxer Achour Esho at the
lead, all of our intructors have years of expereince in both the
fitness industry and martial arts world, providing a balanced
combination of science based instruction with real world
application. 
If you are looking to improve your health and fitness while
having a busy work schedule, build confidence &good habits for
your children, improve your race time, or if you're looking to
improve your skills and step into the ring/mat, FLO is
for you.
FLO has Transformation challenges, Bootcamps, Youth camps, and
so much more so that no matter what your goal is, we're confident
that we can help you acheive it - all you have to do is
