
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art. As a traditional martial art, our classes are structured for beginners and long time practitioners to practice together. Students learn at their own pace with support from certified black belt instructors and other students. Our focus is the mind,body,spirit connection which allows students to develop their focus, self discipline, and gain a sense of confidence. Our adult Tang Soo Do classes offer practical and effective self-defense skills for men and women. Our curriculum is aimed to progressively advance the student from White Belt level to Black Belt level using martial arts, fitness and self-defense techniques. Our certified black belt instructors will foster confidence, mindfulness and personal power through every class.
